The ultra-efficient way to build with AI.

Transcend your conventional IDE by bringing your agents, accounts, and projects into one workspace, then go beyond with powerful tools and features you won’t find anywhere else.

Watch it work.

Let the agents work across your projects. When one needs an answer, an approval or a review, the queue brings it to you. See it happen in this animated demo.

Multiple agents. Multiple projects. Multiple accounts. One workspace.

Your all-in-one battle station.

Fewer apps open. Make quick code fixes, commit and push with any of your Git accounts, preview what you’re building, plan in notes and boards, clear your inbox and answer your agents from your phone, all in the same window.

Think it through before you build.

Talk ideas over and keep the decisions in notes. When you’re ready to build, send the idea to a bot in your project, with a brief drafted from your conversation.

See the whole plan at a glance.

Draw flowcharts, mind maps, data models and sketches, yourself or with an agent. Notes and a live Kanban view of your goals sit on the same board, with a map of your code beside it.

Every inbox in one place.

Read your work and personal email accounts together, beside your projects. Suspicious mail is flagged before you click, and AI drafts replies for you to check and send.

Step away. Keep work moving.

Check a change, allow it and answer questions from your phone, on the same chats as your desktop. Connect over home wifi or your own Tailscale network.

See every feature

They say Time is money. NeoDesk gives your time back.

Checking every chat, retyping prompts and running the same commands gets old. Here are a few ways to do less of it.

Stop checking every chat

No more clicking through every agent tab to see if it’s done. NeoDesk’s queue opens each chat that needs you.

First, the usual way: an editor with an agent in each tab and nothing to say which one needs you. You click through every tab to see if it’s done, all still working; twelve minutes later you check them all again and find one that has waited 12 minutes for an approval. A counter shows five tabs checked, and a card sums up the problems: nothing says which agent needs you, you click through every tab again and again, and agents sit idle until you happen to look. Then NeoDesk with auto-switch on, its tab counter staying at zero: the queue shows which agents need you, auto-switch opens the chat with a question, moves straight on to the approval once it’s answered, then to finished work ready for review, until nobody is left waiting. A closing card strikes out each problem beside its fix: one queue shows every agent waiting on you, auto-switch opens each chat that needs you, and it’s in front of you the moment you’re free.

Bookmark system

Keep your go-to prompts above the composer. Click to insert one, or right-click to choose how it sends.

Choose a saved prompt, see it appear in the composer, then open its right-click send menu.

Quick-access buttons

Commit and push, run builds and tests, and open pinned plans. Your everyday project controls stay together in the sidebar.

First, the usual way: in a terminal you type git add, a commit whose message you have to think up, and git push, then npm run build and npm test, while a counter reaches five commands; then you open docs, then plans, to find PLAN.md as raw Markdown. A card sums up the problems: every commit typed out by hand, message and all; build and test commands retyped every time; the plan buried in folders, in raw Markdown. Then NeoDesk, its command counter staying at zero: one click on the sidebar commits and pushes with an AI-written message, the Build and Test buttons run the project’s commands, and the pinned PLAN.md opens formatted. A closing card strikes out each problem beside its fix.

Queue & send later

Write the next instruction while you’re thinking of it. Queue it after the current run, or hold it for a time, usage reset or another chat.

First, the usual way: an agent is working and the chat box is locked until it finishes, so the next step waits as a note in your code. You keep going back to check, and the third time it has been finished for six minutes. A counter shows three checks, and a card sums up the problems: you can’t send the next step while it works, you keep checking back to see if it’s done, and it sits finished until you notice. Then NeoDesk, its check counter staying at zero: you type the next step while the agent works, press Enter to queue it, and it starts by itself when the run ends. A closing card strikes out each problem beside its fix.

Right-click Send, choose the Payment API chat, and see the message held until that chat finishes.

Widgets

Make the composer fit your workflow. Add the controls you use—like usage and priority—and remove the ones you don’t.

Add the Usage widget, check session and weekly allowance, add Priority, then remove it using its right-click menu.

Still think it’s a gimmick?

I’ve tracked every shortcut since I built it. Here’s my counter after six weeks.

≈12 hours saved · 9,528 clicks · 13,496 words I didn’t type

  • Prompt bookmarks335 prompts, 13,400 words not typed≈5.9 h
  • Usage checked from the gauge993 checks without opening Settings≈2.8 h
  • Queue jumps1,503 chats opened for me≈2.2 h
  • Everything else469 model and account switches, project actions and more≈1.5 h
Straight from NeoDesk’s time-saved counter on my machine, 15 Sep – 29 Oct 2026. Each shortcut replaces a known number of clicks, so uses and clicks are counted exactly; the time is a cautious estimate. You get the same counter in your bottom bar, so you can watch your own add up.

One plan. Everything at your fingertips.

NeoDesk is in beta. Expect rough edges and fast updates.

Prices in USD. Your AI provider bills you separately. macOS is planned next.
